Mobile Commercial Maintenance Engineer - London/North M25 - Up to £30,000
My client is a well known facilities maintenance and building services provider with static and mobile contracts nationwide. They urgently require an experienced mobile maintenance engineer to take responsibility for mechanical & electrical PPM and reactive maintenance across a prestigious contract with sites in London and North of the M25.
The right candidate will be able to work 8am to 5pm, Monday - Friday and will be available to work on a call out rota if necessary. Duties will include, but may not be limited to mechanical and electrical maintenance including emergency lighting, ballast, inverters, alarms, sprinkler tests, single & three phase, A/C, FCU, AHU, split units, chillers, L8 water treatment, BMS, pumps motors, PDU boards, MCCP panels, basic plumbing, doors, lockes etc
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the below skills/attributes:
- Proven experience of multi-skilled commercial PPM and reactive maintenance within critical banking or corporate office environments
- Previous experience of being responsible for multiple sites on a mobile maintenance contract
- Apprenticeship trained or hold equivalent mechanical or electrical city & guilds qualifications
- Full driving licence (no more then 6 penalty points)
- 17th Edition qualified
- In depth knowledge of L8
- Excellent communication & client facing skills
Preferred skills/attributes include:
- City & Guilds 2391 testing, inspection & verification
- Any further mechanical qualifications i.e. heating & ventilation, commercial gas etc
- Health & Safety certs i.e. IOSH COSSH
- Previous supervisory experience
In return you will receive:
