RGN / RMN Nurse urgently required to join an established, state-of-the-art care home in Dorset. This is a well renowned, well run environment that offers first class, holistic care to their clients. You will work within a newly built, top of the range care home with great facilities.
Candidates must be a qualified RGN / RMN. Candidates must have extensive prior experience working within elderly care homes and ideally should have experience working with dementia. Candidates must have solid knowledge of medication, male catheterisation and experience of team leadership. Candidates should have thorough clinical skills, communication skills and must have previous experience writing care plans.
