Main Responsibilities of Nursing Home Staff Nurse - Nights (RMN) role:
• The Role is based in a small nursing home • Assess residents health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload • Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals health and wellbeing needs • Promote best practices as a Staff Nurse in Health and Safety and Security
Skills & Behaviours of Qualifying Nursing Home Staff Nurse - Nights (RMN)
• Valid NMC pin • Able to lead, not follow a team • Motivated to deliver a high level of care • Strong Leadership qualities • Previous nursing experience within a care home setting as a Manager.
