Deputy Manager / Care Home Nurse - Oxfordshire - Oxfordshire
Deputy care home manager / Head of Care is urgently required to join a small, highly regarded care home near Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
The successful applicant is required to have prior experience working within nursing homes. Candidates must have knowledge of CQC regulations and auditing. You must also be RGN qualified and be clinically astute. You will supervise teams of nurses, oversee medication, deliver audits and create care plans for patients. This role will focus on delivering continued excellent standards of care for residential elderly clients.
