The Company: A highly successful and forward thinking Public Relations Agency is currently seeking an exceptional Account Director to support the existing Ethical Healthcare team on an international account
The Role: The successful Account Director will join the team, mentoring and coaching junior members and generating confidence with the senior members of the business to relieve their day to day input on the account.
• Strategic thinking – add value to the existing/new programmes and drive organic growth • Work with multiple client contacts in one business and manage multiple ongoing projects • Budget management – experience with programmes above £300k fee/year • Mentor junior members of the team and delegate tasks successfully within the team.
The Right Candidate: The successful candidate will be lead the team with confidence, generate confident with senior management and gain the trust of both the client and team. You will demonstrate a good work/life balance and ensure this is echoed throughout the junior members of the team. • Minimum of 5 years in ethical healthcare public relations/medical education • Currently at senior Account Manager/Account Director level • International Account experience • Academic science background • Experience in working/running HIV related programmes for a minimum of 2 years at international level (domestic UK experience is a plus) • Know how to add value to account teams and wider life at the consultancy
