We have a new Ward Manager / Unit Manager position available within our partner independent community step down hospital which provides rehabilitation for women with learning disabilities and associated mental health conditions.
Within this role you will be expected to manage a team of approximately 20 staff which will include nursing and MDT. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent care is provided and for ensuring the service is compliant with CQC regulations. You will work with families; funders; PCT’s and Social Workers.
